Pink October at IntelliGrid: awareness and care that start at home

During the month of October, IntelliGrid reinforced its commitment to the health and well-being of its employees and the entire team through Pink October, a global awareness campaign on the prevention and early diagnosis of breast cancer.

Throughout the month, we held conversations and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) on this topic, both at construction sites and at headquarters , providing information, guidance, and encouraging self-care. The goal was to promote an open dialogue and raise awareness about the importance of routine exams and regular medical follow-ups.

As a symbolic way of supporting the cause, IntelliGrid also delivered themed Coritiba and Athletico t-shirts, personalized in pink, to employees — a gesture that reinforces the commitment of the company and its partner teams to a cause that saves lives.

We believe that health and safety go far beyond the workplace. Caring for people is an essential part of our culture, and Pink October is a reminder that prevention is the best form of protection .
